Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. This Risk Disclosure summarizes important risks associated with trading and with using the analytics, journaling, and AI features provided by TradeNexa (“TradeNexa”). Please read it carefully before using the Service.

1. TradeNexa Is Not a Broker or Adviser

TradeNexa provides analytics, journaling, and educational tooling. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, commodity trading adviser, or any other regulated financial entity. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, manage portfolios, or provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing presented in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, cryptocurrency, or other instrument.

2. General Trading Risk

• You can lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Markets can move quickly and unpredictably; orders may execute at prices substantially different from expected levels (slippage).
• Liquidity may disappear during volatile periods, making it difficult or impossible to exit a position at a desired price.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Leverage and Derivatives

Futures, options, forex, and other leveraged products carry an especially high degree of risk. You may lose more than your initial deposit. A small adverse market movement can produce a proportionally large loss because of leverage. You should fully understand the mechanics, margin requirements, and worst-case outcomes of any leveraged product before trading it.

4. Cryptocurrency Risk

Crypto markets operate 24/7, are subject to extreme volatility, and may be affected by regulatory changes, exchange outages, custodial failures, and operational risks unique to digital assets. Crypto holdings are typically not protected by deposit insurance.

5. Algorithmic, Automated, and Copy Trading

Strategies that execute automatically based on signals or scripts can produce losses rapidly and at scale, including in ways the strategy author did not anticipate. You are solely responsible for monitoring any automation that you operate, even if it was informed by analytics from the Service.

6. Limits of Backtests and Historical Analytics

Backtested or hypothetical performance has many inherent limitations. Results often benefit from hindsight, may not reflect realistic transaction costs or slippage, and cannot account for liquidity, behavioral, or psychological factors that affect live trading. No representation is being made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

7. AI Output Is Not Advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, pattern detections, coaching prompts, and similar content. AI output:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date.
• Does not consider your full financial situation, tax position, or objectives.
• Should not be relied on as a sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

8. Data Accuracy

The Service may import, display, or analyze data from your broker, market-data providers, or files you upload. We do not guarantee that this data is complete, accurate, timely, or free from errors. You are responsible for reviewing your data and reporting any discrepancies.

9. Third-Party Brokers and Integrations

When you connect a broker or other third-party account, you are subject to the terms, risks, and operational issues of that third party, including outages, order rejections, and disputes about executions. TradeNexa does not control and is not responsible for third-party platforms.

10. No Guarantee of Profit or Improvement

While the Service is designed to help you analyze and improve your own trading process, we make no guarantee that using TradeNexa will result in profitable trading, improved discipline, or any specific outcome. Many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your personal psychology, and your execution, will affect your results.

11. Consult a Professional

Before making any trading or investment decision you should consider consulting a licensed financial professional, tax adviser, or attorney who is familiar with your personal circumstances.

By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that trading involves the risk of substantial loss, and that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

13. NinjaTrader — Required Disclosures

Risk Disclosure: Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure: Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight.
