TradeNexa integrates with third-party market data and order-routing infrastructure to power broker connectivity, live trading data, and account synchronization. This page lists the trademark and copyright notices required by those providers. It does not replace our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

1. Rithmic™

Rithmic

When you connect a Rithmic-enabled brokerage account, TradeNexa retrieves your trading activity and account data through Rithmic's infrastructure. This connectivity is provided under license and subject to the following notices:

2. OMNE™

OMNE

Rithmic order routing and account connectivity within TradeNexa runs on the OMNE™ infrastructure. The following notices apply:

3. Where This Data Appears

Trades, positions, and account data sourced from a connected Rithmic account may appear throughout TradeNexa, including on your Journal, Performance, Review, and Session pages. Wherever Rithmic-sourced data is shown, a small attribution notice with a link back to this page is displayed so it's always clear where that data originates.

4. Staying Signed In to Rithmic

Connecting a Rithmic account creates a session with Rithmic directly, separate from your TradeNexa session. Closing or logging out of TradeNexa does not log you out of Rithmic — your Rithmic session stays active until it times out or you sign out of Rithmic directly (or disconnect the account from TradeNexa's Integrations page).

5. Other Broker Integrations

TradeNexa also supports connections to Tradovate, TradeLocker, DXtrade, and ProjectX-based prop firms (including TopstepX and The Futures Desk). Each of these is a separate, licensed integration with its own provider; trademarks and product names referenced for these integrations belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify compatibility.
