Tradovate Trading Journal with Automatic Sync
TradeNexa gives Tradovate traders a connected journal built around what happened during the session, not just the final P&L. Connect once, then use your imported fills alongside plans, reviews, and coaching.
What the connection is for
A broker connection gives TradeNexa the completed trade record. Your journal then becomes more useful when you add the chart, setup, and decision context that cannot be recovered from a fill alone.
- Completed fills and trade timing
- Instrument, direction, size, entry and exit data
- The account selected for your TradeNexa analysis
TradeNexa reads account data for journaling and analysis. It does not place, modify, or close Tradovate orders.
How to connect Tradovate
- Open Settings and choose Broker Integrations.
- Select Tradovate and continue through the secure Tradovate connection flow.
- Choose the account you want TradeNexa to include, then review the imported history in Journal.
What to do after you connect
First, make sure the right account and trade history are visible. Then use the Session and Journal areas to record what you saw, what mattered, and whether the execution matched your plan. That is the context Nexa can later compare across your own history.
Questions traders ask
Does TradeNexa place Tradovate trades?
No. The connection is for reading completed trading data into your journal. Every trade decision and order stays in Tradovate.
Can I review older Tradovate trades?
Yes. After connecting, review the imported history in Journal and add the context that matters to your process.
