NinjaTrader Trading Journal with Automatic Sync
TradeNexa is an official NinjaTrader Ecosystem Vendor. The integration is designed for traders who want their completed NinjaTrader activity to become a useful trading record rather than another export to manage.
What the connection is for
A broker connection gives TradeNexa the completed trade record. Your journal then becomes more useful when you add the chart, setup, and decision context that cannot be recovered from a fill alone.
- Completed trade activity and timing
- Instrument, direction, size, entry and exit data
- The connected account selected for analysis
TradeNexa uses the connection to build your journal and session context. It cannot submit, edit, or close NinjaTrader orders.
How to connect NinjaTrader
- Open Settings and choose Broker Integrations.
- Select NinjaTrader and complete the secure connection flow.
- Choose the account to analyse, then check the imported trades in Journal before adding reviews or notes.
What to do after you connect
First, make sure the right account and trade history are visible. Then use the Session and Journal areas to record what you saw, what mattered, and whether the execution matched your plan. That is the context Nexa can later compare across your own history.
Questions traders ask
Is TradeNexa a NinjaTrader trading platform?
No. NinjaTrader remains where you trade. TradeNexa is the connected journal and coaching layer around your completed activity.
Do I need to journal every detail before connecting?
No. Connecting first gives you the trade record. Add the decision context and chart review over time so Nexa has better evidence to work from.
